  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All our sarees are curated with care. Slight variations in color, print, or embroidery may occur due to lighting or photography.

  • Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

  • Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if the item is unavailable or if there is a pricing error.

3. Order & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our listed payment options (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, etc.).

  • Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to ship all orders within 3–7 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, public holidays, or courier issues.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the delicate and curated nature of our sarees, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • In case of damage or defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof at sreyjolabel@gmail.com.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of Sreyjo Label and protected by copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not store any payment-related data. All transactions are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Sreyjo Label will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our site or products.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
